1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, booking a service, or listing your salon on Salonly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental guidelines posted on the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of our services.

2. Marketplace Service

Salonly provides a digital marketplace connecting clients seeking beauty and wellness services with independent service providers and salon establishments. Salonly operates strictly as a platform provider. We do not directly employ beauty professionals or own/operate any physical salon locations.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings are coordinates via the platform. Our cancellation policies are as follows:

  • Each salon or independent professional defines their own specific cancellation timeframe and no-show policy.
  • Automated reminders are sent to avoid missed appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as defined by the salon's cancellation settings.
  • Payments for completed or canceled services are authorized and processed securely in-app.

4. Payment Processing

Payment transactions on the Salonly platform are securely routed through our payment partner, **Kashier**. By using the payment features, you agree to comply with Kashier's terms. Salonly charges zero commission fees on client bookings, ensuring professionals retain their direct earnings.

5. Home Call Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, premium, and professional environment for both clients and beauty artists:

  • For Clients: You agree to provide a clean, safe, and appropriate space for home visits.
  • For Professionals: You agree to represent yourself professionally, verify your certifications, and use clean, salon-grade tools.
  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe work environments, which will result in immediate ban from the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Salonly is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or standard of the beauty services provided by our salon partners. Any disputes regarding service execution, damage, or injuries must be resolved directly between the client and the service provider.
